- Participating in school events and school professional growth and development opportunities
- Participate in classroom activities with the teacher and children
- Supporting the children in everyday activities
- Acting as a mentor and coach to the children
- Supporting the teacher with teaching activities
- Prepping the room for daily teaching lessons
- Encouraging the children to learn and provide re-direction when needed

Paraeducator
Classroom & Teaching Assistants needed to work directly for West Chester School District for the 2022-2023 School Year. We have positions that are both Part-Time as well as Full-Time for a candidates interested. Positions start at $18 per hour, and they are during the school day. We are seeking candidates who have a passion to work with children, and are interested in working in the classroom assisting children during the school day.
